CCC ONE Data Transfer Key Setup

Log into CCC ONE

Navigate to cccone.com

Enter your CCC username and password

Complete two-factor authentication if prompted

Navigate to Data Connections

Look for "EMS and Workfile Copy settings"

Click the Configure button

Download Data Transfer Application

Click Download Now button

Save the installer to your desktop

Run the installer when download completes

Click Install to complete setup

Generate Your Transfer Key

Return to cccone.com → Data Connections

Click Generate link for Transfer Key

Click the copy button in the Transfer Key field

Save this key securely!

Configure Data Transfer Application

Open the CCC ONE Data Transfer Application

Click Paste from clipboard

Your Transfer Key will be automatically entered

Click Save changes

Set Up Directory Paths

Return to cccone.com → Data Connections

Configure Import directories (if needed)

Configure Export directories for EMS 2.01 Estimates

Select options: Location, Insurance Company, Vendor

Important Notes:
• The Transfer Key is different from API tokens or Secure Share tokens
• You must have the Data Transfer Application running for exports to work
• Check "Exclude customer information" and "Redact VIN" for privacy

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Problem	Solution
Can't find "Data Connections"	You need communicating and EMS features enabled - contact your admin
Download button not available	Check your account permissions with your CCC administrator
Transfer Key not working	Ensure Data Transfer Application is running and key was pasted correctly
No export directories available	You must configure export paths in cccone.com first
